BOSTON —Don't be alarmed if you see Black Hawk helicopters in the sky over Eastern Massachusetts Monday night and Tuesday. The helicopters are part of a training exercise, the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency said. The Fire Chiefs of Massachusetts Technical Rescue Committee is sponsoring a search and rescue training drill called Operation Swift Response. Teams will be transported as part of the exercise to locations in Topsfield and Plainville, but the helicopters may be visible throughout the eastern part of the state...
